Rapid drone prototyping, with a clear test objective.
A drone prototype should answer a specific question: does the hardware fit, is the payload balanced, or can the mount be assembled and serviced? Printed iterations help explore those questions before a production design is chosen. Timing is confirmed after scope review.
Book a callDefine the first prototype
Send your component list, dimensions, payload mass and the decision the prototype needs to support. We separate appearance models, fit-check parts and potential flight-test candidates.
Change one variable at a time
Agree which geometry or mounting change each iteration tests. Record clearances, cable access, assembly issues and measured mass; a successful fit check does not establish flight readiness.
Review before the next stage
Material, load paths, electronics and the controlled test plan need review before flight. Revision count, schedule, files and handover rights are agreed in writing rather than assumed.

How rapid is rapid drone prototyping?
Lead time depends on the supplied hardware information, complexity, material and revision count. We confirm a schedule after the brief; there is no guaranteed same-week delivery.
Can a printed drone prototype fly?
A fit-check model is not a flight aircraft. PLA is treated as fit-check only; any flight candidate needs suitable materials, reviewed hardware and testing.
Is drone prototyping the same as production?
No. A prototype explores and validates assumptions. Repeatable production needs a reviewed design, documented process and agreed quality checks.

One workshop.
The whole EU.
We design, print and ship to every EU member state. Wherever you are in the Union, the process is the same: you describe the project, we review it together, we build, we ship.
