MATERIAL / DURABILITY

Durability is a design decision.

Most printed frames fail at the arm root. Thicker arms, sensible infill and a tough material matter more than any single trick.

Thickness

Go toward 8–10 mm on arms if you crash a lot.

Geometry

Shorter arms carry less leverage into the root.

Material

PETG over PLA, nylon-carbon on request.
